You asked a similar question a couple if months back.

This is not a question that can be answered here since our members are from all over the US. There are Memory Care facilities for people suffering from a Dementia. Long- term care units are locked down. Skilled Nursing I would think has lock down because of the mixture of patients.

Your question should be aimed at the politicians in your State.
