My 90 year old father who is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s has begun to strip himself of his pull up at night and sopping himself and the bed. We have plastic sheet protection and pads on the bed. When he doesn’t remove his pjs and depend leakage from his pull up has been solved. Installing a camera we have found that he gets out of the bed (in attempt to go to his bedside toilet or to wonder as he is completely confused) he removes his pjs and pull-up. When he gets back in bed with no pull up...well you know it turns out to be a mess in the morning. We take him 2 times a night to the restroom when we hear him stir and put a new pull up on him but he still manages to pull off sometime during the night. Anyone else with this problem?

Yes; dress him in an Alzheimer's anti-strip jumpsuit instead of pajamas; these garments are made expressly for the purpose you're mentioning here and suffering from:

https://www.amazon.com/s?k=alzheimers+anti+strip+jumpsuit&crid=23PD7Z4BQHPQ6&sprefix=alzheimers+anti+%2Caps%2C290&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-a-p_1_16

Also, I can recommend Extrasorbs disposable chuck pads which absorb about a GALLON of fluids so wet beds are thing of the past. So are wet recliners and all sorts of other things!

Best of luck!

There are adult "onsies" that would work.
If you are handy with a sewing machine a few buttons or hook and loop closure tape on the pj top and bottom would work as well.
And a good old-fashioned "union suit", the thermal one piece long underwear will work. the problem with that is it is difficult for the caregiver to remove as well.
