My mother will often times get very restless. She constantly says she wants to go pee, eventhough, she had just gone. She would not stay seated for more than 5 minutes. She sometimes points/sees objects that are not there.

Find Care & Housing
Has it been prescribed for her? Or is this something you happen to have in the house?
If it has been prescribed then I am sure the doctor that prescribed it has taken her condition into consideration before prescribing it.
I am sure no one has Seraquel just lying around the house so my comment here is in jest.
Seraquel worked for my Husband. It was prescribed by the Dr when he went on Hospice.
I often would tell a member of one of my support groups, when she would talk about how frightened she was to give a medication to her husband, I would suggest that she have the Hospice Nurse give him the medication when she got to the house so they could both see how he would react to it. If there were problems the Nurse would be there to contact a Doctor if necessary and they would both see how well her husband would tolerate the medication.
This would be a good way if your mom is on Hospice. If she is not on Hospice just be aware of any side effects and be aware of your mom.
(side note, just cuz it's me..If she is not on Hospice you might want to contact a Hospice in your area and talk to them. I can't say enough good things about the benefits of Hospice)

For my mom, Seroquel worked great. Some have the completely opposite experience. Finding an anti anxiety drugs that helps is trial and error and lots of patience.

Yes there are black box warnings, but you need to weigh the benefits.
