Find Care & Housing
Go to Amazon. They make a waterproof washable pad expressly FOR a reclining lift chair that you can purchase. I'm in a place where I can't access that link right now.

Otherwise, use Medline Extrsorbs Chuck pads that absorb a gallon of fluid apiece. You can buy them on Amazon too.

Good luck!

I had to place a large(washable)water proof pad in my husbands lift chair along with a chux pad(sometimes 2)on top of that to protect his chair.
Also make sure that you're changing his diaper every couple of hours if possible to limit his chances of leaking.
My husband had to eventually get a supra pubic catheter placed in him as his incontinence got really bad.
I wish you the best as I know how very hard it is to be dealing with all this.
